Find Support Care will not be held responsible for your selection of worker or the arrangements you make between you. The agreement will be between the consumer and the workers or professional person/organisation listed on the website. Find Support Care will not be a party to the decisions made between the two regarding charges, fees, hours of work or anything relating to their agreement or purpose.

Any action taken upon the information found on this site (findsupportcare.com.au), is strictly at your own risk. Find Support Care will not be liable for any losses and/or damages in connection with the use of the website. The workers listed on the website are not employees of Find Support Care. Their affiliation with us is purely for the purpose of using the portal provided to them to connect with consumers seeking their services.

We do not supervise their actions in delivering the said services. The workers are screened to the best of our ability and sign an agreement to commit to following our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Any information the independent workers/professional persons/organisations provide to the consumer is for the consumer to follow up on and accept or reject at their own discretion. The consumer will likely be whoever is responsible for the aged person, disabled person, or youth. We advise the consumer to exercise close communication with your Case Manager or Coordinator and Provider to verify the worker/professional person/organisation, with their own validation policies.

With this being an online platform, we take the worker’s information at face value, along with our validation policy. We do suggest however, that the worker have their documentation with them when they report to work with the client. We suggest this visual/manual proof of ID and proof of qualification, as a good way to solidify the worker’s claims and will validate their documents further.

We have external hyperlinks on pages on the website, that will take you to other sites which we have no control over. Those external sites have their own Terms and Policies, and it is your responsibility to read their Terms and Policies before you engage with them. We do try to only use quality links on the site, but we have no control over the content and nature of these sites.
